There is no period for regret. Some people write after a few minutes of placing an order and consider that the short time elapsed is a valid reason to cancel it. It doesn't matter if you placed your order just a second ago, it is not possible to cancel it. Instead of placing an order and regretting it after a few minutes, it is better to use those minutes to think before acting.

This rule also applies to changes. Check the target account before placing the order and make sure to send the correct one. If you make a mistake, that will be your problem, and you will have to pay anyway.
