Acceptable Use Policy
At BuscarHacker, we offer a wide variety of hacking services and are committed to serving you for different purposes. However, to ensure safe and continuous operations, we have established certain limits, which are described in this document.
Our business
Many people often ask how we manage to offer hacking services so openly and why no one shuts down our website. The answer is simple: we avoid targeting "big fish" and stay away from high-level crimes or matters linked to political agendas, influential lobby groups, or any topic that might attract media attention.
Prohibited use
In general, we do not perform services that could cause harm — whether physical, economic, or emotional — to any person, company, institution, or organization. This includes, among others:
- Attacking high-ranking politicians (for example, presidents or ministers).
- Attacking celebrities, high-profile individuals, influencers, or well-known companies.
- Investigating someone's life or movements with the intent of committing a crime.
- Any activity involving minors.
- Anything related to drugs or narcotics.
- Terrorism.
- Theft of money or fraud.
- Cyberbullying.
- Extortion.
- Defamation.
- Acts of sexual revenge (sextortion).
Permitted use
We are pleased to offer services that are beneficial to our clients and/or third parties, including:
- Finding out if your partner is being unfaithful.
- Conducting general-purpose virtual private investigations (virtual detective).
- Monitoring your children, dependents, or loved ones.
- Recovering lost or stolen accounts.
- Recovering stolen funds.
- Assisting with legal matters by gathering evidence for your defense.
- Improving your financial well-being.
- Improving your academic performance.
- Locating missing persons.
- Optimizing your business operations.
- Investigating threats, thefts, or extortion.
- Tracking criminals.
- Testing the security of systems.
- Investigating and identifying hacker attacks or cyberattacks.
Prohibitions prevail
If a client's goal is listed in the Permitted use section or is not explicitly mentioned but can reasonably be understood as permitted, this does not exempt them from complying with the prohibitions.
For example, if someone wants to conduct an investigation (which is permitted), but the person being investigated is a minor who is not under their custody, that request will be prohibited. Although investigations are permitted, directing them at minors who are not your children or under your responsibility is expressly prohibited.
The rule is simple and should always be remembered: permissions do not override prohibitions.
AI Agents
A common question is: how do we ensure compliance with this policy without accessing the accounts or devices requested by clients? Many believe that the only way to verify whether a client has requested something prohibited is by accessing and examining the hacked account or device. This is false.
We use a private, specially trained AI Agent to analyze all accounts or devices requested by our clients. No human accesses the content. We always respect the privacy of both the client and the account or device involved.
Our AI Agent is just a bot that analyzes files and data in search of prohibited content. If it detects anything of this nature, it automatically sends a notification to our team.
If our team receives a notification from the AI Agent indicating a possible violation of the acceptable use policies, the order will be paused and the client will be contacted for clarification.
In most cases, the situation is resolved after communication with the client, unless malicious intent or hostile behavior is detected.
If a client is contacted by our Legal and Compliance Team due to the detection of infringing content, it is recommended to remain courteous and respond honestly to any questions.
Situations can always be resolved when there is good conduct and transparency on the client's part.
Policy violation
If a client requests a service that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, we will simply reject the order and provide an explanation for the refusal. No other action will be taken against the client beyond the rejection.
In the case of a sophisticated violation, where the client conceals their true intentions and attempts to deceive us into processing an order with prohibited objectives, BuscarHacker reserves the right to cancel the order at any time, without prior notice. In such cases, if payment has already been made, it will not be refunded, since cancellation due to a policy violation does not entitle the client to a refund. If the order has not yet been paid, the client must still make the payment, without receiving any service.
Failure to pay for an order canceled due to a policy violation will result in immediate action by our team. This may include contacting the affected party, notifying the relevant authorities, or publicly disclosing the order details if the client files a public complaint.
Contact
If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, you can contact our Legal and Compliance Team via email: [email protected]
If you wish to place an order but are not sure whether your request is acceptable, you can submit it to our team for confirmation. However, if your goal is on the Permitted use list and there are no hidden intentions, it is understood to be allowed.
