Deadlines and Penalties
Some of our services may allow a client to place an order without having to pay anything upfront, but only after receiving proof from us certifying that the work has been done and is ready for delivery. In these cases, upon receiving an order, we will begin working on it immediately, dedicating our time and effort to the task. A client who, after placing an order, refuses to fulfill their payment obligation will default and be subject to penalties and other consequences.
1 Freedom
We live in the 21st century, and nowadays, most people in the world are free. This means no one forced you to visit our website, nor to stay here and read this text, and certainly no one will force you to request any of our hacker services if you don't like our website, are not satisfied with our way of working, or for any other reason find our offer unsatisfactory. In that case, you are free to close our website and leave. We live in freedom, and no one is forcing you to do something you don't want to do.
Freedom is not only for you, but also for us. Therefore, we offer our services under specific rules and conditions. We are the ones who carry out the work, and we do so exclusively on our terms. If these terms are not acceptable to you, we are not interested in accepting your order.
Each of our services is governed by a document we call the "Service Agreement". This document describes all the procedures and conditions, including prices, deadlines, payment methods, guarantees, and other relevant details.
When placing an order with us, it is mandatory that the client has fully read and accepted the Service Agreement. In case of disagreement with any part of it, no order should be placed.
2 Responsibility
When a client places a new order with us, they are fully informed in advance about how our service works, step by step, from start to finish. With us, there are no hidden terms or fine print. When hiring our services, the client must accept the "Service Agreement", which implies that they have read and understood it. If someone requests a service without taking responsibility for reading and understanding the terms, they lose the right to file complaints afterward.
If a client has any questions about the Service Agreement, it is their responsibility to contact us with their questions. We are always available to clarify any doubts, provided it's done before placing the order, not after.
Given that everything is explained in great detail and our support team is available 24 hours a day, we cannot accept statements like: "but I believed that...", "I assumed that...", or "I thought that...". There is nothing to assume, believe, or guess. The "Service Agreement" is the only authoritative source, leaving no room for interpretation. It must be read by everyone who places an order — no exceptions, excuses, or justifications.
3 Payment deadline
BuscarHacker offers a wide range of hacker services. Some of these services allow the client to place an order without requiring any upfront payment. In these cases, BuscarHacker will complete the service first and provide proof that the work has been done and is ready for delivery before requesting payment. For all services that offer this payment option, the Service Agreement will explain exactly what the proof consists of (it is not up to the client, but a specific proof defined by BuscarHacker), the deadline for payment after receiving it, and the penalties for not paying on time.
This applies only to orders requested under the "payment after proof" option. For orders paid in advance, there are no payment deadlines or penalties, since work begins only after payment is received.
Payment deadlines are strictly enforced and are not negotiable. Late payments cannot be justified under any circumstances, even in the case of external calamities or unforeseen misfortunes.
4 Rejection of penalties
If a penalty is incurred, its payment will be mandatory. If the client pays for the service after the deadline without including the penalty, BuscarHacker will withhold delivery of the order until the pending amount is fully paid.
The client is not entitled to a refund. Incurring a penalty and refusing to pay it does not exempt the client from their obligation to pay for the contracted service, nor does it grant them the right to cancel the service.
BuscarHacker will withhold the order and wait for the pending payment indefinitely. If payment is not received within 15 days from the moment the proof was delivered, a super-penalty of 10 times the price of the service will be applied due to the extreme delay.
5 Breach of contract
A client who, after placing an order under the "proof before payment" option, refuses to make the payment or, having delayed payment, refuses to pay the penalty, will be in breach of the Service Agreement, which may lead to serious consequences.
We maintain a strict Privacy Policy that protects the data and information of all our clients and their orders. However, this privacy policy may be voided in the event of a breach of contract.
If the Privacy Policy is voided, we reserve the right to contact the target person or entity that the client requested to hack and provide them with all the details about the client and the order.
A breach of contract not only voids the Privacy Policy, but also results in a super-penalty of 50 times the price of the service. Refusal to pay this penalty will result in the matter being escalated to our Fraud Division, which will assess the situation and take appropriate action, which may vary depending on the circumstances.
BuscarHacker reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, when a client is in breach of the Service Agreement. In these cases, a single notice will be issued to the client through any means of communication, giving them a 24-hour period to respond and resolve the issue. Failure to provide a positive response and complete the order within this 24-hour period will result in an immediate determination of breach of contract.
