Why the price difference? Logically, we prefer to work with payment upfront, as it is much better and more comfortable for us. However, we understand that many people don't want to pay in advance. For this reason, we offer the option to receive proof before payment, transferring all the risks and inconvenience to us. We are willing to do this, but only for a higher price.

In theory, with just an IP address, it's not possible to know who the person behind it is, but it is an important clue.
An IP address, by itself, does not store any personal information because it does not belong to a person, but to a company: the Internet provider (with whom the person who used that IP address contracted their Internet service). Luckily, it is very easy to determine which Internet provider an IP address belongs to, and then, we can hack their database to find out which of their customers used that IP. By doing this, it will be possible to obtain all the data of the person behind the IP address, such as:

• Full name.
• Home address.
• Phone number.
• ID number and, possibly, a scanned copy.

Many people contact us because they want to locate someone whose IP address they don't know. For example, someone who created a social media account to impersonate them or who sent threatening messages or cyberbullying using fake accounts.

If you choose the option to receive proof before payment, we will hack into the database of the Internet provider to which the IP address you want to trace belongs, and we will send a message to your email directly from within it. This way, you will be able to verify that we are really in the database, since we sent a message from there, and therefore you can make the payment with safety and assurance.

As soon as your order is received, we will begin our work immediately, and we will provide an order number so you can go to the Track Order section and check the status and updates of your order in real time. It will take, a maximum of 15 hours to trace the requested IP address.

If you paid in advance, we will send all the information immediately as soon as it is obtained.

If you requested proof before paying, as soon as the IP address is traced, we will give you the proof (the message from the database), and from that moment, you will have a maximum of 12 hours to make the payment. As soon as we receive your payment, we will immediately send all the information about the traced IP address. However, if there is a delay of more than 12 hours for payment, you will have to pay double the price of the service as a penalty.

Don't say we didn't warn you! If this is the first time you are using bitcoin and you want to receive proof before paying, you must have the bitcoins ready before requesting the service, to avoid making us work and then causing payment problems. Remember that there is a maximum deadline to pay after receiving the proof, and in case of delay, you will have to pay a penalty, without exception. This is not just about preventing uncomfortable situations, but also about respecting our time and work: be prepared before requesting a service.

There are no other payment methods. If there were, we would be happy to tell you, but there aren't. Insisting or asking questions about this is considered an insult to us and our work.

Once an order has been placed, it will not be possible to cancel it. If you're not sure whether you really want this service or not, don't order anything yet. Don't act impulsively or irresponsibly. Relax and think about whether you really want our service. No one is forcing you to place an order. If you do, it will be of your own free will, and you won't be able to regret it later.

There is no grace period for regret. Some people write a few minutes after placing an order and consider the short time elapsed to be a valid reason to cancel it. It doesn't matter if you placed your order just a second ago, it is not possible to cancel it. Instead of placing an order and regretting it a few minutes later, it's better to use those minutes to think before acting.

This rule also applies to changes. Check the IP address before placing your order and make sure you send the correct one. If you make a mistake, that will be your problem, and you will have to pay anyway.
