Privacy and Cookies
The right to privacy is a human right, and here at BuscarHacker, we will treat your data as if it were our own. That is why we will explain in this public statement how we manage this data. It will apply to all visitors to our website, as well as those who contact us and/or request a hacker service.
1 Data we collect
We automatically collect and store some information essential for the proper performance of our website and for statistical and security analysis. This information is limited to:
- Visitor's country.
- Device type.
- Browser used.
- Screen size.
The data is stored anonymously, making it impossible to relate it to any particular user or person.
It is important to mention that we never store any visitor's IP address nor any information that is considered sensitive or personal or that could in any way identify a person.
In addition to the information specified in the list above, we will also store information about the time a visitor spends on our website, as well as the pages they viewed. All this data is purely statistical and helps us determine which services are most and least in demand, which countries visit us most, and what type of device the people who visit us use. This way, we can make changes to our services, adapt our website to the most commonly used devices, and focus advertising campaigns and marketing actions for brand promotion in the countries with the highest demand. In short, it helps us offer higher quality services.
2 Data storage
Collecting information does not mean storing it. Depending on each situation and how you are using our website, we may collect some data to perform security analyses in real time, but without storing it. In this case, your data never leaves your own browser/device.
The data collected and stored will remain in our database for a reduced period of time.
On the first day of each month, we permanently delete all details and keep in effect only the general statistical conclusions of the month (for example: the top countries that visited us most), which are kept in our system for a period of 12 months.
Our next data deletion is scheduled for August 1, 2026.
3 Cookies
Cookies are small files that your own browser stores on your own device. Thanks to cookies, it is possible to keep a session logged in or remember specific settings, such as colors, graphic settings or languages. They are also commonly used by large companies to track people across different websites and for advertising purposes. However, this is not our case.
At BuscarHacker we use cookies only in 4 cases, which we will explain and detail below:
- Statistics. As mentioned in Point 1, we store some information for statistical reasons; however, we do not store identifiable data (such as the IP address). Therefore, to tell one visitor apart from another, we create an anonymous ID and store it in a cookie. This ID is constantly changed to prevent it from being used repeatedly with a single person (which could lead to some kind of traffic analysis). In addition, it has no meaning — it is just a sequence of random characters that helps us organize statistical data without putting the visitor's privacy at risk.
- Language. Our website is available in several languages. By default, we will display our website in the same language as the visitor's browser is set to, or in English if the browser is set to a language for which we do not have a translation. However, each visitor can change our website to the language of their preference, and in that case, we will use a cookie to remember the language selection.
- Currency. We support several different currencies. When we show service prices, we try to use each visitor's local currency, or US dollars as the default currency, in case we do not support our visitor's local currency. However, they can select a different currency. In this case, we use a cookie to remember that selection.
- Orders. When a customer creates an order on our website, they can track it to know the current status and latest news about the order. When logging into the order, we will create a cookie to keep the session open. No one will be able to read this data, as everything will be encrypted. Once the order is completed, this cookie will be deleted.
In addition to everything said above, our website also does not contain any third-party code or cookies, such as: Google Analytics, Facebook plugins, Zendesk Support, and others. Every line of code on our website was written by us and is managed on our own servers.
4 Contact via Telegram
Telegram is the most secure communication method because it is a popular, open-source application that allows us to define our own end-to-end encryption algorithms, following state-of-the-art cryptographic procedures added to our own experience and specific knowledge.
All messages sent and received to and from our Telegram username will only remain stored for as long as it is necessary to keep them. As soon as our support ends or we no longer receive a response from the client, we will permanently delete the conversation.
Telegram allows both parties to manage a conversation. This means a client does not need to trust us to delete the conversation, since they can delete any particular message or even completely erase the conversation at any time. We kindly ask that you not delete anything yet if there is an order in progress, as we may need to check or validate any information we discussed or agreed upon in the conversation.
5 Orders
When someone places an order for a hacker service with us, we collect and store only the information related to the order. This is limited to the order details (that is, what the client requested) and a contact Telegram username (if the client placed the order via Telegram). We will only keep this information while the order is in progress. Once it is completed, it will no longer make sense to keep storing this information, so we will delete all records. This means that no one, not even us, will know what we did or for whom.
6 Exceptions
Our privacy policy could be voided as a result of a breach of our agreement by the client. We mention this on the Deadlines and Penalties page, and we reserve the right to define it at our absolute discretion.
Anyone who is worthy, responsible, and who reads the Service Agreement before placing an order, making sure they understand and accept everything, will not be included in any of the exceptions, as our agreement will be fulfilled by both parties and the privacy policy will be maintained.
