Review Guidelines

At BuscarHacker, we promote freedom of expression and respect. Any customer who has used our services is welcome to leave a public review without censorship. However, reviews must be based on genuine experiences and follow basic, straightforward rules of courtesy and dignity.

1 Genuine Reviews

All reviews must be authentic, meaning they must have been submitted by real, verified customers.

Allowing anonymous users to submit reviews is a common mistake made by many companies and websites. Without validating legitimacy, anyone could submit fake reviews: service providers could post fake positive reviews about themselves, while competitors could post negative reviews about rival businesses.

To prevent this, BuscarHacker requires customers to enter their "Secret Order Code" when submitting a review. This code is provided to all customers when placing an order and is used to reference the order, as well as to access the Order Tracking section, where customers can follow their order status in real time.

By providing the Secret Order Code, the reviewer is verified as a legitimate customer — someone who actually placed and completed an order. Without this code, a review cannot be submitted.

It is important to note that the Secret Order Code will always remain private. It is used exclusively to verify the authenticity of the reviewer. Once the review has been verified, the code will not be stored or displayed publicly.

2 Time-Sensitive

As described in the Privacy and Cookies policy, when a customer places an order, BuscarHacker only collects the essential information needed to fulfill the service. Once the service is completed, BuscarHacker deletes all non-essential details and records associated with the order. Consequently, if a customer tries to submit a review long after their order was completed, it will likely fail, as the Secret Order Code would have been removed from BuscarHacker's system, preventing verification of their identity as a legitimate customer.

Therefore, anyone who wishes to submit a review must do so within 24 hours of their order being completed.

3 Names

All reviews must include a name. This name does not need to match the person submitting the review. Reviewers can use a pseudonym or fictitious name to protect their privacy. The main purpose of providing a name is to make the review more human and visually appealing, while respecting people's desire to remain anonymous.

However, names must still be "natural," meaning they must be real-world names. Acceptable names must consist exclusively of letters, with no numbers, spaces, or symbols, and must have a minimum of three letters. Examples of acceptable names include: Peter, Victoria, Helen, or John.

Fictional character names (e.g., Voldemort, Gatsby, Beowulf, Dracula), compound names (e.g., Jean-Paul, Sofia Elise), or artistic aliases (e.g., K@lidoscope, S0ulCraft, Cypher$ix) will not be accepted.

4 Good Manners

Freedom of expression is guaranteed. Reviewers have the right to express their opinions, whether positive or negative. No company will constantly receive only positive feedback; negative experiences are expected and natural, and reviewers can share their thoughts freely. However, this freedom of expression is limited by the principles of respect and good manners.

In short, every review will be allowed, regardless of its content, as long as it does not contain insults, incite violence, threaten individuals, or include racist or xenophobic language.

5 Language

A review must be submitted in a language supported by BuscarHacker. Currently, BuscarHacker offers its services in three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

If a review is submitted in an unsupported language, it will still be accepted; however, it will be automatically translated into one of the supported languages (typically English) using an AI Translation service.

This translation will remain faithful to the original text, preserving every word without rewording. As a result, some misunderstandings may occur if the original review includes local slang, which may sound odd when translated into another language.

6 Length

Reviews must be short and concise, getting straight to the point.

Storytelling is not allowed, in order to avoid overly long and tedious reviews. Instead, reviews should focus on the quality of the service: Was it carried out correctly? Were all terms and conditions met? Did any issues arise during the process?

Research shows that people generally prefer shorter, more concise online reviews. A study that analyzed a large dataset of Amazon reviews found that shorter reviews received more "helpful" votes from readers. This indicates a clear consumer preference for straightforward reviews over long narratives with excessive detail.

Therefore, reviews must be concise, with a minimum length of 30 characters and a maximum length of 350 characters.
