2 Create an account

After installing the app, it's time to create your account.

The registration process is simple and similar to that of any other website or app. Just follow the on-screen instructions.

After registering, Binance will ask you to verify your identity. This means you will need to submit a photo of your ID document and possibly take a selfie for confirmation. Just follow the instructions provided in the app. Once completed, your account will be fully verified and ready to use.

If you have any issues during registration or verification, or if you need help at any time, contact us.

Identity verification is required by law. As a legally registered company, Binance must comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing regulations. The reason you buy bitcoin remains private. Bitcoin transactions are anonymous and cannot be traced back to us. However, Binance needs to verify that the money used comes from your own bank account or card, and not from someone else. This is a legal requirement and does not affect your privacy.

3 Buy Bitcoin

It is very important to understand that Binance is a private company that offers a paid service. It charges a 10% fee on Bitcoin purchases. This fee is always paid by the customer. This means you must pay 10% more than the amount of Bitcoin you want to receive. To calculate easily, open the calculator and multiply the amount you want to buy by 1.10. The result will be the total you need to pay, including the fee.

Now that your account is ready, follow these simple steps to buy bitcoin:

  1. Open the app and tap the "Add funds" button.
  2. Select the "Buy with USD" option.
  3. From the list of available cryptocurrencies, choose "Bitcoin - BTC".
  4. Enter the amount you want to spend on bitcoin and then tap "Select payment method".
  5. Choose your preferred payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.

Once the transaction is completed successfully, your bitcoin will appear in your Binance wallet. At the bottom of the screen you'll see a menu. Tap the wallet icon on the right, usually called "Portfolio" or "Assets", depending on the app version. That's where your bitcoin will be stored.

That's it! If you completed these steps successfully, you now own bitcoin. Congratulations!

4 Make the payment

For now, you can safely keep your Bitcoin within your Binance account. When it's time to make the payment, you will need to send that bitcoin to our Bitcoin address.

If you already have an order with us, you can find our Bitcoin address in the Order tracking area. If you don't have an order yet and want to make an advance payment, you can contact us and we will provide our Bitcoin address.

To send Bitcoin from your Binance account, carefully follow these steps:

  1. Open the Binance app.
  2. Look at the menu at the bottom of the screen and tap the wallet icon, called "Portfolio" or "Assets".
  3. Tap the button that says "Send" or "Withdraw", depending on the app version.
  4. Select "On-Chain Withdrawal" or simply "Withdraw".
  5. Tap "BTC - Bitcoin". If it doesn't appear, type "BTC" in the search bar.
  6. In "Address / Invoice", paste our Bitcoin address.
  7. In "Network", select "Bitcoin".
  8. In "Amount", enter how much Bitcoin you want to send or tap "Max" to send it all.
  9. Tap "Withdraw".
  10. Carefully review the details and confirm the transaction.
  11. Done. The transaction will be sent and we will receive the Bitcoin in our wallet.

Occasionally, Binance may display a warning when you try to withdraw Bitcoin. This usually happens with new accounts. If you just created your account, bought Bitcoin, and try to send it right away, Binance shows an alert to protect users from scams. There are many scams where people are tricked into sending cryptocurrency to fake investments. That's why Binance treats first-time withdrawals with extra caution. This warning is automatic and generic. Binance does not know who you are sending the Bitcoin to. The same warning would appear for any address. In some cases, they may temporarily block the withdrawal for up to 1 hour. If this happens, you will be able to send the Bitcoin after that period.
